Introduction

 Math in Motion is eTwinning project that brings together teachers from across Europe to enhance the quality of math education, promote collaborative learning and bridge the gap between math and everyday life. By fostering a love for math and cultivating students interest this project aims to make it easier for teachers to engage students in math topics on a daily basis. 

Project Goals:

  • With collaborative learning develop a positive attitude towards mathematics and connect mathematics with everyday life problems.
  • Develop a different view of mathematical content.
  • Through the collaboration show that mathematics is fun and can be learned through play.
  • With project partners mark important mathematical days or important days for us in a mathematical way.
  • Ensure efficient use of Web 2.0 Tools.

This project has gathered 41 teachers from 8 European countries who will closely collaborate on project activities and their outcomes over the next 6 months.
