Math and Sports Mathematics in sports or sports in mathematics? As the code is taken, we can do it to say that these are two closely related fields that occupy many, both mathematicians and athletes, but primarily athletes-mathematicians (that is, mathematicians-athletes). The use of mathematics in sports has been present since its earliest beginnings and most basic levels. We can say that the very competitive spirit of sports stems from mathematics. How will we determine the winner of a game, a match, well even fights if we don't constantly and in detail monitor the result and its change?  Math in sports is the unseen coach behind every play and every win. From strategy to movement it is silent partner that shapes teams performance. Statistic, angles and equations weave together to define the essence of sports making math an essential player in the game. In an effort to bridge mathematics with various sports students at our school engaged in diverse project activities, from exploring the relationship between mathematics and sports to intertwining math with sports through various tasks. In 7th grade students learn transformations through movement of the balls in different sports field. After that, they learned a lot about sports strategies and made various examples of the importance of math in that sports. Through this activities students not only learn how to use different tools such as Canva and PowerPoint, but also developed collaborative skills and honed their presentation abilities.
